Meet the Founder
Hi I’m Sam, the founder and creator of Gloss & Glam. I am a marketing student passionate about beauty, fashion, social media and finding new trends. What I love most about fashion and beauty is how they give people a way to express themselves. I started Gloss & Glam to fuse those interests with my love for content creation and sharing.
(Fun fact: I’m usually the one on the hunt for the latest in beauty and fashion, saving inspo and figuring out what’s actually worth the hype.)
Our Story
I created Gloss & Glam because I had an issue myself: there is just about too much beauty and fashion content out there on the internet. Every day there’s a new must-have product, viral make-up look, fashion trend or piece of advice. With so many opinions out there, it can get to be overwhelming to figure out what is really worth your time and money.
I wanted to create a space that cuts through some of that noise and makes discovering beauty and fashion feel fun and exciting again.
The “Aha” Moment
The concept really came together when I realized beauty and fashion advice should be more like a friend’s recommendation and less like a sales pitch.
That’s what inspired Gloss & Glam: a place for readers to find trends, get real recommendations, and use them as inspiration rather than feeling pressured to buy everything they see online.
